NACSRA Conference 2017
The NCR School Registrars Association (NACSRA) will hold a Conference for all Registrars, Assistant Registrars, Admission Officers, and Liaison Officers in the National Capital Region (NCR) with the theme "Meeting the Challenges of Higher Education" in 2018 on November 24, 2017 (Friday), 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at the Dr. Robert C. Sy Grand Ballroom, Buenaventura Garcia Paredes O.P. Building (Thomasian Alumni Center), University of Sto. Tomas, Manila.
The Objectives of the Conference are as follows:
1. To update the members and participants on the recent developments in education policies and reforms with the CHED initiatives on curriculum development as well as the SHS Program implementation.
2. To strengthen the working relationship among registrars in our pursuit to meet the local and international standards on quality assurance initiatives for colleges and universities.
3. To network, discuss and address issues and concerns with fellow Registrars, Asst. Registrars, Admission and Liaison Officers.
In this regard, the Commission on Higher Education-National Capital Region (CHED-NCR) endorses the participation of the Registrars, Assistant Registrars, Admission Officers, and Liaison Officersof public and private higher education institutions in the NCR. The conference shall present relevant topics by distinguished speakers from the Commission on Higher Education, Department of Education, and the National Privacy Commission.
A registration fee of One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php1, 800.00)for members and Two Thousand Pesos (Php2, 000.00) for non-members will be collected to cover conference expenses, and a membership due of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) per institution must be paid upon REGISTRATION.
